FEISPARTIC F424 Polyaspartic Resin
PROFILE
FEISPARTIC F424 is typical bifunctional cyclic polyaspartic resin with fast drying and low viscosity characteristics. It can be used in conjunction with isocyanate hardener to prepare fast drying polyaspartic polyurea coatings, adhesives, and other products, while maintaining good hardness and flexibility.

- Fast drying, longer pot life than FEISPARTIC F420.
- High weather resistance, the polyaspartic polyurea coating prepared with FEISPARTIC F424 in combination with aliphatic hardener can ensure excellent weather resistance performance.
- FEISPARTIC F424 is a typical polyaspartic resin with a cyclohexyl structure and exhibits outstanding mechanical properties. The film prepared with FEISPARTIC F424 can have both high tensile strength and high flexibility.
APPLICATIONS
- Used as the main resin for preparing polyaspartic polyurea coatings. Suggested to use in fields like industrial anti- corrosion, flooring, waterproofing and sand binder, etc., to make weather resistant topcoat products..

Feiyang’s 26,000-Ton Polyaspartic Resin Expansion Project Completed
In July 2023, Feiyang launched the design and construction of a new 26,000-ton polyaspartic materials project. Upon full operation, the project will raise Feiyang’s total resin production capacity to 46,000 tons. It has significantly upgraded the original polyaspartic resin production process by establishing a fully automated production line that integrates raw material storage, manufacturing, and packaging. As a result, labor requirements have been reduced by 50%, while output per employee has doubled. In addition, the upgraded production line now enables the direct production of high-purity bio-based polyaspartic polyurea resin.
